Finally got around to joining the Imperial Legion in this playthrough. I haven’t actually played the Civil War questline in about 5 years. I’m looking forward to the upcoming massacre and regime change.

I’ve never finished Skyrim’s main storyline. I’m too caught up in assassinating people, or creating a criminal empire, or becoming head of the Mage’s guild, or.....
I was under the impression that the main storyline was to become the head of all of these things and then slay the dragon

I do the main quest in most playthroughs. It’s fairly short, and sometimes mods require it. Like, I can’t do the quest to blow up the Thalmor Embassy until I’ve defeated Alduin, so I’ll have to do it in this playthrough too. Plus, mod-added followers often have new commentary
