Guy I knew from playing Magic was arrested for beating his girlfriend with a shotgun in a domestic dispute then killed himself in front of her apartment a couple weeks later. Having a hard time processing the whole situation.

Like how was he out of jail and able to be back in this situation after the domestic violence situation to begin with? How did he still have guns after the first incident?
