Luckily AT&T just added fiber internet to our neighborhood. It's amazing how companies can do fine for years and then completely fail as soon as another option shows up.

Just got off the phone with @comcastcares for the third time this week. I've patiently explained to techs #2 & 3 that what the prior techs have done didn't resolve the issue and they've very confidently told me that it was fixed... SPOILER ALERT, it wasn't fixed at all
