I've seen a lot of complaints about the value of Commander 2019 already. I think a lot of people are forgetting just how lacking in value last years decks really were. From my perspective, the Sultai deck is a big step forward value-wise compared to last year.

The morph deck is limited to cheap and weak morph creatures (they still managed to omit voidmage prodigy), but they could have easily replaced generic removal like Putrefy with something like Maelstrom Pulse or even Assassin’s Trophy to add more bling.

Again, it is not single target.

This is a format where you often get killed by an army of plant tokens. Also, I am talking about a cool precon addition. I agree that for higher power metas you need faster interaction. These decks don’t have combos you need to interact with on the stack.
