The decision to move the Magic story behind a paywall, while making perfect fiscal sense for @wizards_magic, will devastate the #Vorthos community. I can’t tell you how many people know the story because they popped over to the Mothership for a quick read from a Reddit link.

It's worse that there didn't seem to be an uptick in quality in the WotS novel either. In fact it kinda seemed worse than the short stories put out on their website.

It was much worse, the WAR novel was just plain bad, averaging just 2.7 stars on Amazon.

And that’s generous. Meanwhile, I just keep on rereading my battered copy of The Brothers War from 1998

I may or may not have bought a Kindle last week just to go back and reread Brothers War
