My only complaint is him taking price, goes against company policy and he undercut stores on a expensive wholesale item. 20$ packs on a limited product isn’t realistic mid/long term

Yeah, agreed on this point as well. They'll almost assuredly be going for way more than the MSRP mid/long. I hadn't really thought about any of this, yet. This is a very good (and educational) convo happening right now.

Yea, MSRP would be around 28/pack give or take based on Distro (Same or way higher or lower then others). So his statement of 20-25 will make a LOT of stores appear to be gouging or forced to accept bad margins to save face or worse skip it.

And weren't we doing away with MSRP for this brand?

We were supposed to but seems WoTC can’t help but throw prices out there anyways so LGS can deal with all the negative and WoTC none of it

We spent an hour on cast untangling the product design for the Collector Boosters and I'm 99% certain we still got something wrong. Ridiculous complexity for #magicthegathering players/collectors to parse

Doesn't help WoTC keeps tossing out incorrect information. Like how it's a 100% BAB *While Supplies last* which actually means for every 4-8 BAB Promo a store gets, they get one Collector Pack.
