I don't know the best way to do a financial review of a set but spending 20 minutes talking about 1 uncommon and not mentioning Hogaak as it goes from 2 dollars to 20 probably isn't it. We dropped the ball on this set because no one wanted to take the time to prep and we're sorry

Costs two creatures to tap, requires min delve 6, you don't want to tap Death's Shadow to cast it. Was considered but not clear that's a developing play pattern.

Agreed. Gurmag is more versatile. Hogaak seems pretty Dredge specific

Its not a replacement for Gurmag in the majority of decks that want Gurmag. That just isnt true.
