Tournament Questions. I heard people talking about this and wanted to know the official rules. 1. Can you play with out sleeves? With no flip cards. 2. Can you play with kinda see through sleeves if all have the same level of transparency? There are no flip cards.

Yes to both, as long as none of your cards have any markings that could let you know what they are and thus give you an advantage.
Unfortunately the color variations on the backs of Magic cards make this almost impossible
