I think the best way to handle future Mythic Editions would be to let any player with DCI number who has played or judged an event in the last six months to enter into a lottery to purchase them. a) completely fair b) no order rush c) encourages participation d) eliminates bots

Oh it's time for a remix: Lottery tickets for the Mythic Edition come in Prerelease packs. You don't have to redeem / try to get a ME if you don't want to, but that's the only way to get a lottery ticket.
