So....folks who work salaries positions without set hours. How do you figure out how much to work? Is it normal to be undefined and you stay till the work is done? Or is that a straight up abusive way to trick folks into burn out? Asking for a friend.
You'll be judged more favorably for keeping a consistent schedule and setting boundaries than you will for killing yourself with long hours. After an amount of time, you get diminishing returns on output. Work smarter, not harder.
