February has the same number of paydays as most months. Paid weekly gives you 8 months with 4 paydays / 4 with 5 paydays Bi weekly gives you 10 months with 2 paydays / 2 with 3 paydays

Okay? But if you're paid hourly and work less hours then you your paycheck is smaller. Doesn't matter that you still get two paychecks if one is 250$ less than normal.

I'm paid monthly and if I didn't recently switch to salary my February paycheck would be the 31st of January to the 28th of February, a few hundred dollars less.
