I find it odd that @wizards_magic hires someone like Tom Ross to make the game better, even making a big deal about it, only to allow his contract to expire after a year.
What's the point? What good is this accomplishing for the game? Maybe it's mutual, but if that's the plan...
I've heard that it's a fairly toxic / entrenched work environment... smart people don't "go along" with that sort of work environment for long
