My ire is all the posts of "I just lost
$X,000 to reprints and I think this is great!" are disingenuous. Masters sets are priced so that only the people that already have money can afford them... but their purpose is to "help the little guy".
So you get people who already have cards and money "altruistically" inserting themselves into the process, taking their cut, and pretending their Robin Hood

Who is claiming Robin Hood? Certainly you are correct that that vendors will be people with the funds to do so, but Magic is fairly unique in the ability for the little guy to make a couple of smart decisions and come out ahead regardless of which product we're talking about.
