You have to be pretty delusional to think that $240 boxes + a $100 scratch off ticket for $336 is "good for magic". This is just another shameless cash grab and takes a bad product and makes it worse.

I'm very confused why you think they need to force Kozilek, Emrakul, etc into regular printings in standard. I don't get this as easy "could and should" I also don't understand why you're upset that you're getting lower costed cards. You're not required to buy these. At. All.
You can pick out corner case cards that shouldn't be reprinted into standard, but the vast majority could be easily dropped into regular sets.

There's 40 cards as promos and I honestly see very little aside from maybe man lands and Urborg that wouldn't warp standard and drafts. Reanimate? Mana Vault? Bitterblossom? Goryo? We're talking about a full list of the best of what standard produced!
