You have to be pretty delusional to think that $240 boxes + a $100 scratch off ticket for $336 is "good for magic". This is just another shameless cash grab and takes a bad product and makes it worse.

Perhaps but you're overlooking the big price drop that will occur on the reprints. They're clearly targeting people big into flashy and promos, but the benefits of the vast reprints won't hurt the general people that are just grabbing lower priced singles off the secondary market
I care very little about the fantasy that Masters sets are "good for the little guy" - they're not. Cards could and should be reprinted into Standard legal sets, not $10 or $14 "cash grab" sets that typically only serve to signal which cards are going to spike next

It's trickle down economics in Magic card form and it's a fantasy that this is the best way to get "much needed reprints" into the hands of players.

I'm very confused why you think they need to force Kozilek, Emrakul, etc into regular printings in standard. I don't get this as easy "could and should" I also don't understand why you're upset that you're getting lower costed cards. You're not required to buy these. At. All.
