Is there any published information about the new booster product coming with Ravnica Allegiance (something like 2 guaranteed foils, 3 rares/mythics and 10 uncommons for $13)? People were talking about it during the stream last night, but I can't find an article anywhere.

Ah I did not realise it was more than 3x the rrp of a normal booster in the US. I foolishly assumed it would be less because that would make it a more consumer friendly way adding constructed playable cards into the wild.
