There will be a wipe, but probably not until right before open beta. You should acquire what you like most! Focous more on a deck you want to play, and purchase boosters from the set that has the cards you need most.
Not sure how to proceed on #MTGArena... do I put effort into acquiring more cards? Is there going to be a wipe? Just acquire Ixalan forward to shield from rotation?
