As an attorney, I totally disagree with @maro254 regarding the “spirit” of the RL. There is nothing in the policy about the “spirit” of the rule. I’d encourage a strict “statutory” interpretation here that would allow @wizards_magic freedom to print things like legendary duals.
Or they could just print three color lands with land types and make fuels irrelevant
I’m fine with whatever. But I do not like the lack of strict reading of the policy.
The policy isn’t going away. People need to attack what the policy means of they want change. Not try to do away with it. The approach has been totally wrong.
