    I'm tired of companies who have a history of being shitty to customers using the Pandemic as an excuse to be shitty. They've had nearly a year to expand the "mail-in exception" team. They've known about A. Increased death rate and B. Increased use of mail-in for that entire time

    Call in to ask where the dispersement of funds is at in the process and they tell me to call back in two weeks to see if they've gotten it started yet.

    They refuse to answer even the most basic questions without a court order and then won't even open the court order for a month after I send it (with tracking) to acknowledge they've received it and begin dispersing funds.

    So many hills - The Reserved List is fine. Legacy and Vintage should be allowed to die outside of digital formats. Timetwister is the best Magic card. Print Legendary tri-lands with all three land types. Pauper is trash. Karn is best character in the history of the game.

    I am happy to work with Republicans on this issue where there’s common ground, but you almost had me murdered 3 weeks ago so you can sit this one out. Happy to work w/ almost any other GOP that aren’t trying to get me killed. In the meantime if you want to help, you can resign.
