I don't believe the police or Andy Warski. I am just calling out what's in front of me. The police didn't arrest the other guys who shoved and punched. I think this is consistent with how the law is written but I am not a lawyer and its not discussion on if this is fair.

Moral of the story, if you follow white nationalists and alt righters, you are being lead down a road toward a self destructive path. Warski told Alex to pull his gun and it resulted in Alex's arrest.
