Ok my average kw is currently 12.1 cents. Way more than I was paying. I started service on Oct 2nd and this rate is crazy for Oct.
There was a planned outage for maintenance on Monday and because it was hot, demand was high and prices were well over $1/kWh for a few hrs.

Will give the service two more weeks If no improvement got to call the service for what it is. No better than big electricity providers.
