@GoGriddy why was I charged $490 for this past week when my electricity was off four 3-4 days? your customers just suffered through an unprecedented massive snow storm and you are not answering anyone’s questions. we are all mad and will not let this slip
We understand that services have been off due to outages in the area. There is a 1-2 day delay from when we receive usage data and when we actually process charges. So charges received during an outage are for energy previously used prior to the outage.
