@GoGriddy I will be reporting the price gouging going on right now. Protect your customers more than your bottom line by taking a hit on the variable rate you’re providing.... not by leaving your customers a voicemail telling them to switch providers temporarily.

It doesn't really help me that Griddy makes $0 off these outrageous prices. No other electric provider seems to have these problems. The point is that Griddy needs to find a way to handle the spikes or go out of business!
