I’m pissed because you all are unresponsive. Took almost 48 hours for someone to respond to my move out request. I called, sent emails, and waited hours for online chats. During that time you all charged me $1200 for electricity in an empty house.

Funny, when I did finally get a response they said the earliest they would’ve been able to turn my electricity off was the 15th but it wasn’t done until the afternoon of the 16th. Meanwhile charging me $1200 for one day of service in an empty house
