What can we do to fight this? I don’t know if you can share the number of people affected but it’s terrifying. Especially as it was pretty much impossible to change. What sensible power company want to accept new customers at 0.09 when they’re paying $9?
Don't waste your time. It's a great business model...until it's not. Go with a reputable electric retailer that hedges against these types of price spikes. (i.e. makes a smart business decision for its customers)
