@GoGriddy due to the prices, I disconnected my power two days ago. I’ve paid off my balance numerous times, yet recharges keep happening. Now the app doesn’t even show usage, yet my statement continues to accrue. I’ve tried to contact you via phone and email, no response.
You can still get charges up to 5 business days as your prior usage gets finalized by your local utility. We only charges for electricity usage during your time with us. The remaining balance will be refunded to the card on file within 7-10 business days of the cancellation date.
