@GoGriddy I’ve been charged $50 5 or 6 times since Tuesday despite switching my power over to GME and having it confirmed it switched over on Tuesday. This unacceptable and I want my money back.
You can still get charges up to 5 business days as your prior usage gets finalized by your local utility. We only charges for electricity usage during your time with us. The remaining balance will be refunded to the card on file within 7-10 business days of the cancellation date.
