We receive preliminary usage data from Smart Meter Texas the day after flow. That data often times contains estimated usage. Five days after flow, Smart Meter Texas finalizes that usage data, and any discrepancies are reconciled in your account.

No one answers emails, no one answers the phone, my app shows my balance is NEGATIVE. This is not helpful. So will I be credited the over $450 I’ve been charged since right before I lost power? I should not be paying for an estimation when I had no electricity.
