@GoGriddy tried to switch providers like you guys suggested. Was told ERCOT wasn’t allowing any transfers or new connections. My current statement is 6x what I paid last month. This is crazy. We are being held hostage and forced to pay insane prices to keep my kids warm.

I’ve called all of them. None of them are accepting transfers.

Try Gexa Energy. They switched us on Monday same day by 3pm. I was in the same boat. Called Green Mountain and Reliant. They all refused. Don’t listen to a word Griddy says. They realized their whole business model failed this week but won’t accept it.
