Griddy as an entity has more power than any individual customer.
@ERCOT_ISO is downright criminal, but@gogriddy needs to fight for their customers. You can just be a middleman, or you can be better. In order for the model to survive I feel griddy will need to be better... -
So far Griddy is says they have no power (no pun) over what they charge. ERCOT says it’s not us. Gov Abbott says it’s not him. And here were are in another disaster where no one was prepared & no one will stand up. Memories of Gov Perry..
