@GoGriddy I feel for you guys. As a customer who went in eyes open, I knew a day like this could come and I am sorry to see it. I think you guys have a hard fight ahead, ERCOT firmly drove the bus over you guys and backed up. And that sucks, so long for now. I don't blame you.
All of this is a mess! But after this is all over we will still be here for our members trying to do right by them as best we can!
