@GoGriddy why are y’all still charging my card? My meter with you guys has been off since Sunday and I’m still getting charged. You are crippling my funds.
We receive preliminary usage data from Smart Meter Texas the day after flow. That data often times contains estimated usage. Five days after flow, Smart Meter Texas finalizes that usage data, and any discrepancies are reconciled in your account.

If your usage data doesn't look right, it will be corrected on the 5th day and any credits will be applied to your account balance. The remaining balance will be refunded to the card on file within 7-10 business days of the cancellation date.
