@GoGriddy I will be reporting the price gouging going on right now. Protect your customers more than your bottom line by taking a hit on the variable rate you’re providing.... not by leaving your customers a voicemail telling them to switch providers temporarily.
We make $0 money off of these spikes. The wholesale price of electricity is set by the grid operator, ERCOT, and is based on the grid's supply and demand. The only money we make is off of the $9.99 monthly membership.

@GoGriddy will do about it though. Simply saying "it's out of our hands, it's@ERCOT_ISO" isn't exactly showing you have the customers' backs. Will you guys be pursuing a lawsuit against@ERCOT_ISO on behalf of your customers? -
Agreed. They’ve been copy pasting this same statement for days now. You can’t be a “provider” and then claim be just the man in the middle.
