If your usage data doesn't look right, it will be corrected on the 5th day and any credits will be applied to your account balance. But, we want you to know how much your efforts paid of so we are working on getting you that data asap.

Do not count on the descrepancies making your bill seem more real.
@ERCOT_ISO criminally mismanaged the grid and@GoGriddy customers are getting screwed by it. I am hopeful griddy will be suing@ERCOT_ISO on behalf of their customers to reconcile these bills.
