@GoGriddy Can you cancel my account? I know I dont have to call but @DirectEnergy mentioned that if I can cancel it first they can process the transfer faster.
We can't issue a disconnect during a weather moratorium. The other provider should be able to process a switch.

I called Public Utility Commission of Texas and they mentioned there is no disconnect mortarium right now. The weather mortarium doesn't imply a disconnect mortarium.
