      & on top of that, I’ve been recharged 3 times in 2 days. And each time it’s recharged my account it doesn’t reflect my balance. I’ve been back and forth already with emails.       @GoGriddy I think it’s great that you gave us a warning to switch providers, BUT you sent it’s way too late! Sending it out at 2:50 pm when other companies won’t start you after 3pm. What kind of unprofessional crap is that.

      It was not an easy decision for us to make to tell our members to switch, but as soon as we realized how high projected prices were going to be over the weekend and Monday because of updated weather forecasts, we knew we had to let them know as soon as possible

      Okay well how about my 2 recharges I’ve gotten on my account and bank statement but it’s not updating on my app to reflect I have a balance to use after it keeps recharging me? I need this fixed ASAP
