It was not an easy decision for us to make to tell our members to switch, but as soon as we realized how high projected prices were going to be over the weekend and Monday because of updated weather forecasts, we knew we had to let them know as soon as possible

Okay well how about my 2 recharges I’ve gotten on my account and bank statement but it’s not updating on my app to reflect I have a balance to use after it keeps recharging me? I need this fixed ASAP
