      We've been told by multiple members that if users have a smart meter, it is possible to switch after 3pm on Saturday with TXU. They were able to switch effective an hour from now, by calling.

      Really?! I just got off the phone with TXU and they cannot do anything until the 22nd.

      I signed up for the constellation plan early yesterday and they still haven't switched me over and there is no available customer service yesterday or today. Also the plan isn't available anymore but yet you keep misleading customers saying they can switch to it sooner. Stuck.
