      When you hit us with those prices, it was too late to switch. We're going to be out almost $1000 before I can get a new provider by Monday. You HAVE to mitigate some of these costs. You cant destroy your customers with these prices. We can't afford to use heat in 5 degree weather

      At Griddy, we simply pass through the cost of wholesale electricity to our customers and only make money from our $9.99/month membership rate, no matter the price of electricity that we pass through from ERCOT.
