@GoGriddy TXU says the central system is down for maintenance and I cannot change providers until 2/22. Is there really no option for changing services until then?

We have had some customers with success trying different providers. If you'd like to leave, keep trying around with different REPs. Until then, make sure to reduce usage as much as you can to avoid high pricing.
