      Of course! We are a member centric company first. That is why earlier today we sent an email to our members recommending what they should do based on their experience with the wholesale market and where they're at. I'll PM you what we said!

      We have price protection coming in March. Unfortunately we aren't able to roll it out sooner as we are working to finalize the wholesale contracts for price protection.

          I suggest you retro these February charges for customers impacted into this new price protection plan. It’s morally right and a smart business move especially now with the new Dec 2020 Macquarie Energy leadership
