It clearly says TDUs do not process changes over the weekend, with Monday being a holiday, it won't be completed till Tuesday. I have already seen that; do you guys not look at your own statement before sending it to customers?

We are constantly populating the list at the bottom with Reps that are available to switch. Some members were able to utilize the list to get signed up today.

Spoke with our rep at oncor and they said he hasn't heard of reps not being able to sign up individuals until the 22nd and that that information they're providing you doesn't seem valid.
