We started to communicate about the storm to our members on Wednesday. It was a tough decision to tell people to go to another provider. We’ve been keeping track of market prices closely and even sent out communications the previous days with information to switch.

yes but your communications didn’t INSIST I change providers until I received my first communication to switch today at 2:47pm. This communication said I couldn’t switch providers after 3pm on Sat. I don’t have a smart meter.

Yes and now the other providers are slammed. I've been on hold with both TXU and Reliant simultaneously for 25 mins now. Hopeful but doubtful I'll be able to switch.
