      It would be helpful to explain why ercot supply/demand shows excess capacity yet prices are still high. The more info you put out there the calmer your clients will be. Airlines anger their clients when an event occurs and they don’t explain often and clearly what’s happening...

      It would be better to get notice before Friday. I’m stuck with these rates till Monday and with toddlers I don’t have much of an option.

      We gave notice to our members as soon and the information for the next day projected forecast came via ERCOT. Some members were able to switch yesterday and today as well.
