@GoGriddy this is the worst. Prices at $9/kwh. N TX temps at below freezing and we can’t cook or heat anything at that rate. Sorry, but we’re jumping ship as soon as we can.

We can’t switch. No one can switch service until Saturday at the earliest. We are stuck!
