We understand this is frustrating and we are doing what we can given the resources we have. We do not control the wholesale price of electricity, instead we simply pass through the cost with our membership fee. We look forward to pushing our price protection live soon.

Yea you need to wait till there is some price protection in place because in oncor service area I have never paid anywhere close to the Texas average for 10 years, most fixed rate plans were sitting at 8c kwh before this hit on 6-12 month contracts so way less than average
