Sorry but repeating this over and over won’t make it true. I made a mistake and stayed with you after the August 2019 fiasco which wiped out all the savings for that year. This weekend will wipe out 2020 and 2021.
Completely understand that this experience isn't the same for everyone. In 2019, even with the 3 high days in August members who stayed with us over the course of a year saved 9%.

But this is turning out to be really bad for the customer. Some people can’t afford heat for their children when they get a 400% increased electricity bill. Imagine the panic and anxiety. Regardless of potential past savings

I don’t understand why you keep trying to justify it. I can assure you that after this weekend none of your members will save anything for a long time. It’s literally $3.50 per kWh. Even without the heater on I’m paying a months worth of electricity PER DAY.
