First you emailed everyone reminding them how much they’ve saved. Next, you realized this weekend was going to ruin all your customers, so you send out an email telling your customers to switch providers... on 8 hours notice? Awful...

It was not an easy decision for us to make to tell our members to switch, but as soon as we realized how high projected prices were going to be over the weekend and Monday because of updated weather forecasts, we knew we had to let them know as soon as possible.
