I received 13 minutes notice to switch providers this afternoon. you’ll need to make this right. We’ve known about this storm potential since Tuesday and even though it’s tough to tell what comes to fruition a week out, it’s clear Griddy was not prepared for worst case scenarios

We started to communicate about the storm to our members on Wednesday. It was a tough decision to tell people to go to another provider. We’ve been keeping track of market prices closely and even sent out communications the previous days with information to switch.
