They are just trying to keep you from learning that your wholesale prices are $1300 per MWh and not the $30 you are used to. All year or more worth of savings will be lost. If it’s too good to be true ...

It was a tough decision to tell people to go to another provider. We’ve been keeping track of market prices closely and even sent out communications the previous days with information to switch.
